The residential area has swimming pools with saline treatment, jacuzzis, gym, paddle tennis court and playground. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large living room and an excellent 17m2 garden terrace, with motorized awnings and fans for greater comfort.

Its three community pools with overflowing edge treated with salt chlorination to avoid allergies are made up of an adult pool with a 250m2 sheet of water, a 50m2 play pool with children's games such as a slide and water cannons, a splash pool of 20m2 with a depth of 30cm for the little ones and a “beach” area around the pool with artificial grass, planters, showers and toilets for greater comfort, all fenced with various accesses.
